The fleur de sel crystals and a drizzle of oil added when serving add a totally addictive touch.
And don't feel guilty, no sugar in this recipe, just a little chocolate...

Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 200g dark chocolate
- 60g SUBTILE olive oil
- 6 egg yolks
- 8 egg whites
- flower of salt
Recipe :
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
2. Add the olive oil, stirring gently
3. Meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks
4. Gradually add your chocolate/oil mixture. Mix well
5. Beat your egg whites until stiff
6. Delicately add the whites to your chocolate mixture
7. Pour into pretty individual cups
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
THE LITTLE EXTRA: when serving, add a few crystals of fleur de sel and a few drops of your SUBTILE oil
