Ingredients :
- 30 ml caramel syrup
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 espresso
- Cinnamon powder
Recipe :
1. Pour the syrup into the bottom of a large glass.
2. Heat the milk in a saucepan until you obtain a creamy foam.
3. Then pour the milk, still hot, over the syrup.
4. Carefully pour the espresso over the milk. A new layer will then form.
5. Lightly sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
