Recipe :
1. Put the flour in a salad bowl and form a well.
2. Add the eggs, sugar and olive oil.
3. Mix delicately with a whisk, gradually adding the milk to obtain a slightly thick liquid paste.
4. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes then cook the pancakes.
