Discovery trio 3 fruity olive oils - old harvest

This box consists of:

- a 15cl can of CREATION olive oil

- Creation olive oil – Green fruity extra virgin olive oil. Made from olives harvested green, this oil is vegetable and herbaceous, with a slight bitterness and heat. It goes perfectly with soups, starchy foods (pasta, rice, potatoes), fish, meats and fresh cheeses.

- a 15cl can of SUBTILE olive oil 

– Ripe fruity extra virgin olive oil. Made with black olives, this oil is characterized by its sweetness and delicate aromas of dried fruits and ripe fruits. It goes wonderfully with vegetables, salads, fine fish and fruit.

- a 15cl can of TRADITION olive oil Tradition olive oil

– Virgin olive oil with matured olives. The result of unique know-how, the olives harvested green are matured for several days. This process gives the oil very strong aromas of black olive and black tapenade. It goes very well with raw or cooked vegetables, salads, red meats and game, shellfish and crustaceans.
