What is the secret of this chili pepper olive oil?
Fresh red peppers are crushed at the same time as the olives. The paste thus obtained is then kneaded then centrifuged and filtered in order to remove all traces of humidity. The AOP Espelette pepper is then added directly to the infusing oil and flavors it.
Ingredients: Olives (95.5%), Red pepper (3%) and Espelette pepper AOP (1.5%).
What are the flavors?
This lightly spicy oil reveals the flavors of red pepper from the first bite while the aromas of Espelette pepper linger in the mouth.
What type of olive is used in this oil?
The main variety of this oil is Salonenque.
