"Le Grand Cèdre" Rosé Wine - 2023
This cuvée is made mainly from Caladoc, Grenache Noir, Merlot, Carignan, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest takes place at daybreak.
The grapes are vinified at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas.
There is only a very short time left in the cooled vat, always with the aim of preserving the taste of the fruit.
It is a light wine, a summer rosé with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant as well as exotic fruits.
The Grenache brings a silky, round side and a pale color to the palate. It is a dry and fruity IGP Vaucluse rosé wine to be served chilled at 6 to 8°C
