"Le Grand Cèdre" Red Wine - 2021
This cuvée is made mainly from Merlot, Marselan & Syrah.
In order to preserve the aromas and suppleness of the “Le Grand Cèdre” vintage, we have chosen a short maceration of around ten days.
A deep garnet color and aromas of very slightly spicy red fruits announce a delicious and fruity palate.
Marselan gives it flexibility and harmony, while Merlot conveys aromas of red or black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry.
It is a fruity IGP Vaucluse red wine to be served at around 15°C that can be drunk immediately or kept for a few years to soften it (3 - 5 years).
It goes wonderfully with white and grilled meats.
