  • Sprig of fresh thyme and rosemary
  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 4 slices of country bread
  • Fresh cheese (St Morêt type or fresh goat’s cheese)
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander and lemon juice

Recipe :

1. Wash and remove the stalks from the tomatoes. Cut them in half vertically
2. Pour a good drizzle of SUBTILE oil into the bottom of a gratin dish large enough to accommodate all the tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt? sugar and pepper
3. Preheat the oven to 150°C
4. Peel the garlic cloves, degerm them and crush them. Spread the crushed garlic at the bottom of the dish with half the coriander seeds, thyme and rosemary
5. Place the tomatoes, sliced ​​side against the bottom of the dish, well stuck together. Drizzle the tomatoes with a drizzle of SUBTLE flavored olive oil, add the remaining coriander seeds and bake for 1h30 until the tomatoes are well preserved.
6. Before serving, spread your country bread with fresh cheese chosen according to your desires
