For 6 persons :
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs
- 150g smoked bacon
- 40cl of liquid cream
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- Olive oil Chili pepper
- Salt pepper
Preparation :
1. Preheat the oven to 200°
2. Prick the tart base with a fork and pre-cook the shortcrust pastry empty for 8 minutes at 200°
3. Once the dough is pre-cooked, increase the oven temperature to 210°
4. Brown the bacon in a pan and wipe off the fat once cooking is finished
5. Mix the eggs and add the liquid cream. Salt, pepper and then add the grated gruyere and bacon
6. Pour the quiche mixture onto the tart base
7. Bake the quiche for 30 minutes at 210°
8. Let the quiche cool and add a drizzle of Piment olive oil before serving!
